You may use the tool to access publicly available YouTube thumbnails for lawful purposes — for example academic research, education, commentary, criticism, design study or recovering your own artwork — always respecting copyright law and YouTube’s Terms of Service.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to infringe copyright; to perform automated mass scraping; to remove watermarks or attributions; for defamation or illegal content; for mass resale or redistribution of downloaded images; or for any commercial use of third-party artwork without proper licensing.
4. Intellectual property
Thumbnails accessed through the tool belong to their respective creators. You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions and for complying with applicable copyright laws, including fair-use limitations.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability, that every resolution will exist for every video, or the accuracy of any metadata.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including copyright-infringement claims resulting from your use of downloaded images.
7. Advertising
The service is funded by third-party advertising. Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their ads; a displayed ad does not constitute our endorsement.
8. Modifications and termination
We may modify these terms or discontinue the service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may restrict access in cases of abuse.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Venue: the courts of São Paulo/SP, Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
